First Quiche
I made my first quiche the other day. I have extra eggs that need to be used up, so I decided "quiche it is!"
I gathered the items today ahead of time. I used this recipe to use up some odds and ends in my fridge: leftover ground sausage, handful of asparagus, and mushrooms.
Use 10 eggs and 1 1/2 cups of milk. Whisk together and then season according to taste. (Next time I will add some more spices, this was on the bland side)
In a greased 9 x 13 pan I spread out the odds and ends, plus cheese. Then baked in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
I will do this one again! Just add more spices next time.
Here is the recipe I based mine on: Easy Crustless Quiche

Still Alive...
So many days have gone by since I posted here last. Many, many changes have come with those days.
Still teaching, still shooting, and still living life as best as I can.
Now that I am home working, I want to try and revive my blogging habit. I plan to write about current events, recipes, and my new Hellcat from Springfield.
