Okay, so I like to look at "today in history" under wikipedia and post interesting tidbits that I find.
This one really stuck out as being rather ridiculous:
1938 – The League of Nations unanimously outlaws "intentional bombings of civilian populations".
Does a group really have to "outlaw" something like that? I mean, really??
